The GS series scales's slide carrier , use a five bearing design for optical grating linear transducer which has been proven as the most reliable system design in today's market.
Sealing Lip
The plastic seals of GS series linear encoder use an innovative material to offer superior oil resistance, high elastic recovery properties and durability, carefully designed lips geometry offer low slide resistance.
100% Laser calibration
Each grating linear scale has undergone rigorous inspected and calibrated by our in-house laser interferometer to ensure measuring accuracy comply 100% with the specifications.
Accuracy report
Each linear scale is printed with a QR code, which is convenient for users to view the accuracy report of the factory inspection.

1. Q: Did you accept OEM customized service?
A: Of course, we can provide not only typical products but also the products customized to customer's request based on the order quantity.
2. Q: What is your company mainly produce?
A: We are mainly produce Vision Measurement Machine, Optical Profile Projector, Digital Readout System(Counter), Linear encoder glass scale.
3. Q: Are the Length of this model has 1000mm?
A: Normally, GS90 series only available for the length 50 to 500mm, we don't suggest using this model for long dimension measuring
due to its thin scale body structure(Insufficient rigidity).
4. Q: How can I identify Easson GS10, GS30 , GS90 , VS10 and VS20 model?
A: We has the product code label stick on the scale body, also each model deimension is different. For their structure, GS series using a
five bearing design and one spring for Optical grating linear scale's carrier；But for VS series, it is totally different with GS which it has 6
spring push & pull structure, more accuracy than GS scale.
5. Q: How long dimension for the linear encoder scale you can produce?
A: Up to now, we can produce the maximum 3000mm long glass scale.
6. Q: Did GS90 linear scale has the absolute linear encoder model?
A: Of course, we have VA90 series absolute linear encoder for the machine application.
