Easson Micro Linear Encoder Scale for Micro Milling And Lathe Machine
For typical applications of manual machine tools such as milling or lathes, resolution 10 μm or 5 μm is sufficient to meet the application requirements. The linear encoders of the GS10 and VS10 series provide such a resolution with an accuracy class of ± 10 μm within 1meter travel range.

The GS series scales's slide carrier , use a five bearing design for optical grating linear transducer which has been proven as the most reliable system design in today's market.
Sealing Lip
The plastic seals of GS series linear encoder use an innovative material to offer superior oil resistance, high elastic recovery properties and durability, carefully designed lips geometry offer low slide resistance.

Easson each linear encoder are undergone rigorous calibrated by our in-house laser interferometer, and can provide accuracy test reports to ensure product quality and quality traceability.

Each linear scale is printed with a QR code, which is convenient for users to view the accuracy report of the factory inspection.
