Advanced Optical Measuring System


The slide carrier of the VS / VA series scales, use a five bearing design and six spring for optical grating linear transducer, specially in long dimension scale like the large Lathe machine. The Accuracy is better than the GS20 series long scale.
Aging Test

Easson Optical Linear Scale's reader head need to test for 72 hours aging test before assembly process.
100% Laser calibration

All linear scale encoders are individually inspected and calibrated by our in-house laser interferometer to ensure measuring accuracy comply 100% with the specifications.
Accuracy report in QR code
Each linear scale encoder is printed with a QR code, which is convenient for users to view the accuracy report of the factory inspection.
