Advanced Optical Measuring System
The GS series scales of the slide carrier , use a five bearing design for optical grating linear transducer which has been proven as the most reliable system design in today's market.
Sealing Lip
The plastic seals of GS series scales use an innovative material to offer superior oil resistance, high elastic recovery properties and durability, carefully designed lips geometry offer low slide resistance.
Aging Test
Linear encoder reader head sensor must be test for 3 x 24hours before assembly process.

100% Laser calibration
All linear encoder are individually inspected and calibrated by our in-house laser interferometer to ensure measuring accuracy comply 100% with the specifications.

Each linear encoder is printed with a QR code, which is convenient for users to view the accuracy report of the factory inspection.
